- Exceeding Maximum Trade Size
- If you attempt to make a trade that is above the Maximum Trade Size, the trade will not complete. Reduce the size of your trade and resubmit. This feature reduces slippage that can be caused by large trades in low liquidity uPairs.
- The Maximum Trade Size is displayed on the trade page and is specific to each uPair and the amount of liquidity available.
- Wallet not connected.
- You must be logged in to a browser extension wallet to trade
- Download wallets here: TronLink, Harmony Wallet, Cyano (Ontology)
- Confirm your wallet is connected in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
- Trading amount does not meet Minimum Trade Limit
- The value of the amount you’re trying to trade must exceed the Minimum Trade Limit. For example, on TRON, you cannot trade for less than 1 TRX.
- The minimum amount will be different on each blockchain. This feature prevents spamming of the platform.
- Using Max trade button
- Using your entire balance for a trade means there are no funds left over to pay network fees. Please adjust the trading amount to compensate before submitting trade.
- Insufficient funds to cover trading amount and associated fees
- If the trade amount is higher than the balance of tokens in the wallet, the trade will not complete. Please verify balance before submitting a trade and ensure you are leaving over enough funds to cover network fees.
- Transaction does not get confirmed on the network
- This can be verified on a block explorer.
